What we collect
When you claim a Mars ID, SPACEBEE may collect your name, email, optional profile photo, optional country, referral or nomination information, campaign source, mission preferences and the security credential used to protect access to your account. While signed in, approximate active browsing time is recorded in 15 second intervals to help SPACEBEE improve the journey. Background tabs and inactivity after 60 seconds are excluded. These records are visible to authorized dashboard administrators and are not public.
When you contact support, we collect the contact details and message you provide. You may also choose to include a screenshot and basic technical context such as the page, device, display size and appearance setting so the support team can understand the problem.
Social identity import
If you choose Google, Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, SPACEBEE requests only the identity information needed for the Mars ID experience and only after you grant permission. Depending on the provider, this may include your display name, profile photo and email address.
Some providers do not supply an email address. SPACEBEE does not import your private messages, contacts, posts or follower list. You can always use email instead.
How we use information
We use information to create and recover your Mars ID, generate cards and verification pages, maintain nominations, referrals and mission rank, send mission communications you selected, respond to support, protect the campaign from abuse and improve the SPACEBEE experience.
When THE MARS LEGACY ARTIFACT reservations are available, we may also use your mission record to preserve your place and provide access to the reservation experience.
What may become public
A Mars ID card or invitation becomes public only when you choose to share it. Public verification and leaderboard visibility are controlled through Mission Control. Invitation chains use first names so the human connection is visible without exposing private contact details.
Your email, security credential and private successor contact or legal details are not displayed on public cards, leaderboards or verification pages.
Services that help SPACEBEE operate
SPACEBEE may send necessary information to trusted providers that support hosting, social identity, email, customer support, security, campaign measurement and payments when those features are active. Each provider receives only what is reasonably needed for its role. A social identity provider also processes information under its own privacy terms when you choose it.
Current service categories may include Cloudflare for hosting and database infrastructure, Google and Meta services for optional identity import, TikTok for optional identity import, Resend or Microsoft 365 for email delivery, and Binance Pay for payment reconciliation when checkout is activated. The final checkout identifies the active payment recipient before any transfer.
Cookies and device storage
SPACEBEE uses essential cookies and device storage to keep sessions secure, remember your theme and Mars ID state, return you to the right experience and preserve campaign or invitation attribution. We may also measure page and campaign interactions to understand what works and prevent misuse.
Your choices
Mission Control lets you manage public verification, leaderboard visibility, profile details and mission communications. You can also request a copy of your information or delete your account. SPACEBEE keeps information only while it is needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations and legitimate security records.
Marketing communications require a separate choice from creating a Mars Passport. Public portrait, name, country and leaderboard settings are off until you choose to enable them. Withdrawing a public or marketing choice does not change processing required to preserve a paid order, prevent fraud or meet a legal obligation.
Retention and deletion
Unverified recovery tokens expire and are replaced when a new link is requested. Support messages, security events, payment evidence and order records are kept only for the documented support, fraud-prevention, accounting and legal periods that apply to them. Before payment activation, SPACEBEE will publish the exact retention schedule and responsible legal entity.
International processing
Infrastructure and service providers may process information in countries other than yours. SPACEBEE will document the relevant transfer locations and safeguards before opening paid checkout in a jurisdiction that requires them.
Children
Paid reservations are for adults who can enter a binding contract. A child may appear only through an adult acting with legal authority and appropriate consent. SPACEBEE does not knowingly invite children to send cryptocurrency.
Security
SPACEBEE uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique security credential and contact us if you believe your Mars ID has been accessed without permission.
Questions or requests
Send privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests to info@spacebeelabs.com. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request.
