If SPACEBEE is delayed
SPACEBEE will notify the buyer, give a revised date and ask the buyer to accept it. If the buyer does not accept, the buyer may cancel and receive a refund of amounts paid for the unfulfilled order.
USDT refunds
For voluntary cancellation of a deposit reservation, 69% of the 69 USDT deposit is refundable: 47.61 USDT refunded and 21.39 USDT retained. If SPACEBEE declines an order, amounts paid are refunded in full. Mandatory consumer rights and full refunds owed for seller nonfulfillment are unaffected. Request a refund through Support using your order ID; SPACEBEE verifies the original payment and refund recipient.
Cancellation
Mandatory consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights remain available where applicable. Any lawful exception for sealed, perishable or personalized goods is applied only after legal review and clear pre-purchase disclosure.
Damage or non-delivery
Buyers must contact the commerce address with the order ID. SPACEBEE will document carrier evidence and provide the legally required replacement, repair or refund remedy.
Wrong or late transfer
Already paid? Submit the Binance transaction ID with your order reference, even if the temporary hold expired. If the edition is unavailable, the receipt enters full refund review.
